Facility Management Outsourcing

Facility Management Outsourcing is an interdisciplinary field primarily devoted to the maintenance and care of factory, commercial or institutional buildings such as Hotels / Resorts, University / Colleges / Schools, Office Complexes, Sports Arenas and Convention Centers. We provide the facility services at the premises of the Company and shall keep on providing the services as per the requirement of the Company. Duties may include the care, operation and maintenance of Air Conditioning, Electric Power, Boiler, Air Compressor, Water System, Cooling Tower Chilling Plant, Air Handling System, Warehousing, Transportation, Plumbing and Lighting Systems, Cleaning, Decoration, Grounds Keeping and Warehousing Facilities maintaining.
